We are able to accept only a minority of submitted manuscripts and must make difficult decisions regarding which articles will most benefit our readers and improve patient care. Your thoughtful comments regarding experimental research investigations, the uniqueness of study populations, novel methods and techniques, studies that are especially educational, or new strategies for diagnosing and treating neurologic disease are enormously helpful and highly appreciated.
